FCSvr 101: An Introduction to Administering Final Cut Server

This two-day class guides you through administering Final Cut Server, Apple's powerful new media asset management and workflow automation software. Final Cut Server takes the headache out of managing large collections of media files, then extends to tracking job status, managing reviews and approvals, and automating complex sequences of tasks all in a single product designed to work seamlessly with Final Cut Studio. If you are unfamiliar with Final Cut Server and it's uses you should also attend the An Overview of Final Cut Server (FCSvr 100)

This course is intended for end users who will be required to administer Final Cut Server.

Prerequisites

 Experience of Mac OS X and the network environment.
Basic troubleshooting experience or Mac OS X Support Essentials v10.5
Thorough knowledge of Final Cut Pro and Final Cut Studio
ACSA status or Xsan knowledge helpful
