Apple Mac Repairs Technician 

Full-time position.

Hove, East Sussex

Solutions inc. Repairs department provide in house services to customers from a dedicated technical facility in Hove.

Job overview

During the course of an average working day Repair Technicians are engaged in a multitude of varying tasks including software and hardware configuration of customer computer systems and repairs to warranty and non-warranty computers.

Day to day duties        

Component fitting & configurations
Fault evaluation/diagnostics and repair processing
Parts ordering and returns
Record keeping
Customer liaison (shop & telephone)

Terms

Monday-Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm 
4 weeks paid holiday. 
Training provided (incorporating Apple certified courses) 
Annual salary £13,500 (with an salary increase to £14,000 after successful probationary period & Bonus Scheme)
