How it works
Once your application has been approved, we will issue each employee who wishes to join the scheme with an MRID (Mates Rates ID), a unique code number that you need only enter once to receive discounts on-line. We will also send you a Mates Rates card in the post. Keep it safe in your wallet and simply produce it at the counter of any of our retail stores to receive discount at the till every time. Your Mates Rates card also contains your MRID.
Safe & Secure
Mates Rates For Teachers is an exclusive programme open only to those who work for a Qualified UK Institution. Every qualified member is issued a unique ID along with their own Mates Rates membership card. Our secure ‘buy on-line’ store operates the latest 3D secure software and our systems do not hold any Personal card information. Plus our company never shares any customer information. We respect your privacy.
Account Manager
As a Mates Rates customer you will be assigned a Personal Account Manager. Should you lose your Mates Rates card or have any concerns relating to the scheme, eligibility, pricing or availability they are there to assist you.
