Final Cut Pro Primer

This two-day hands-on course is an introduction to digital video as well as the primary feature set and basic interface of Final Cut Pro. In this course you learn the principles of digital video and camera hardware as well as basic editing functions.

Topics include basic setup, adjusting and customizing preferences and settings, capturing video and audio, various editing and trimming techniques, ripple, roll, slip and slide tools, audio editing and audio creation, finishing and final output.

Prerequisites
An understanding of the Mac OS X and basic computer navigation.
Experience of video editing either using Final Cut or another editing system
