As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions on the Online Store. If you reserve or purchase a product via the Online Store, these Terms apply to the sales contract between you and Solutions inc. You need to be at least 18 years old to place orders on the Online Store.
You have the right to cancel your order or return a product. To return a product purchased from the Online Store please send your intent to return or cancel to us anytime prior to the date 14 days after the date you, or a person indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the product(s). If you ordered multiple products in the same order, please send your intent to return to us anytime prior to the date 14 days after the date you, or a person indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the last product in the order. To exercise these rights, you need only provide us with a clear expression of your intent to return a product or cancel an order. You can notify us by submitting the Return form found at the end of this Policy returns or sending an email to email@example.com
Once you notify us of your intent to return, simply return the product with the original receipt and original packaging to us within 14 days. Where the products were delivered to you by courier you may choose to have the products collected by courier. Where the products were collected from a retail store, please return them to the retail store. Once we receive the product back, we’ll provide you with a refund based on the original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that you may not return the following, except in case of defect or lack of conformity:
• Apple Configure–to–order products, where Apple products have been built or modified to your specifications.
If you have used the product beyond and (including, but not limited to, switching the device on and registering it or entering your Apple iD), this may have an effect on our ability to re-sell it and so where the value of the product is reduced by your use, we may only make a partial refund (equal to such reduced value) or subsequently charge you for the reduction in value.
If the product is damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product. We will refund all costs.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
Solutions inc. reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Online Store at any time. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you.
To place an order for products at the Online Store, simply add the products you wish to your shopping cart and check out choosing either click and reserve (where you wish to collect the products from one of our retail stores), or home delivery (where the products will be dispatched to your address by courier).
After we received and processed your order, we’ll email you acknowledgement. We want to make sure that we have your product available, we won’t accept your order until we have prepared your product for shipping. In most cases, this will be within twenty-four hours for items that are in stock. For items that are not in stock, you will receive notification by email and again when the item becomes available and has been prepared for shipping. All that remains is for us to deliver the product(s) to your home, or for you to collect them from one of our retail stores.
Shipping & Delivery
The Online Store offers Next working-day delivery Free next working-day delivery is available on in-stock orders over £40. You can see in your bag if your item is in stock. Your order will be shipped once all products of your order are available for a bundle delivery. Orders will not be accepted and products will not be delivered to any address outside the United Kingdom.
Solutions inc. Online Store offers pickup points from our retail store locations for many of the items available on the Online Store. Certain products, however, may not qualify for collection at pickup points. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. Photo ID (such as a driving license or passport) and order number will be required for collection by you. Or, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party and the third party will need to bring their photo ID and order number for collection. Solutions inc. is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up. We will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. We will also send you a reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. If you don’t pick up your order, Solutions inc. may cancel it.

Alternatively you may contact any of our retail stores that are acting as the pickup point for your order. The retail store phone numbers are shown on the Online Store and are open 7 days a week. The store opening times are also shown on the Online Store.
The Online Store offers the following payment methods: credit card and debit card. If we do not receive authorisation from your credit or debit card issuer, we will inform you so that you can provide us with another payment method. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the credit card holder by requesting appropriate documentation.
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, our payment agent will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third-party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks, personal information provided by you may be disclosed to registered Credit Reference Agency, which may keep a record of that information. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
